Clerk Plus

Town/Village Clerk Software is a fully automated point of sale and cash book system that provides a simple, efficient method of recording the sale of sporting licenses, dog licenses, marriage licenses and games of chance licenses, as well as tracking all other sales and permits that are handled in the Town Clerk's office.

Highlights: The program generates monthly sales reports to state agencies (Ag & Markets, DEC, etc.), as well as the Town Clerk Monthly Report and Annual Report. Licenses are priced and printed as they are sold and all commissions and disbursements are calculated.
